Information stored on your device
LiftLore stores the profile details you enter, app preferences, active and completed workouts, exercise names, sets, loads, repetitions, notes, dates and times, imported workout-note text, and custom exercises locally on your iPhone.
Information collected by the app
LiftLore has no account, developer-operated cloud sync, analytics, advertising, or tracking service. Your workout and profile information is not transmitted to or accessible by the LiftLore developer.
Support communications
If you contact LiftLore support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include so we can respond. Do not send workout notes or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.
Website operations
The services that host LiftLore’s website may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser type, and request time, to deliver and secure the site. LiftLore does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Information not accessed by the app
LiftLore does not access Health data, location, contacts, photos, payment information, advertising identifiers, or personal AI API keys.
iPhone Backup
If you enable iPhone Backup, Apple may process and store a copy of LiftLore’s local app data as part of your device backup. Apple, not LiftLore, provides and controls that service. The LiftLore developer cannot access your Apple backup.
AI features
AI coaching is not active, and LiftLore does not send workout information to an AI provider. Before an AI feature is activated, LiftLore will identify the provider, explain what would leave your device and why, describe relevant retention terms, and request affirmative permission.
Sharing, advertising, and tracking
LiftLore does not sell or rent personal information. The app does not use analytics, advertising, data brokers, or cross-app tracking.
Retention and deletion
Information stored locally remains on your device until you use LiftLore’s reset control or delete the app. Copies contained in existing iPhone backups are controlled through your Apple backup settings and Apple’s retention practices.
Security
LiftLore relies on iOS security protections and local app storage. No method of storage is completely secure. Protect your device with a passcode and keep its operating system current.
Children
LiftLore is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Material changes will be presented in an updated policy and, when required, for consent. Privacy questions can be sent to support@getliftlore.com.
